Description

POLMACOXIB is used to get relief from the symptoms of osteoarthritis of the hip and knee. Osteoarthritis is a joint disease when two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering called cartilage.

This medicine contains Polmacoxib, which works by inhibiting the cyclo-oxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme in the body that helps in producing certain chemical substances called prostaglandins that cause pain and swelling. Thus, it helps in removing pain and swelling.
